I'm going to be so careful. Last year I managed not to get burnt all summer and I was so proud of myself. Then I go and do this *sigh*

My manager (who is Māori) told my young co-worker (also Māori) that he should be using sunscreen even though he's brown. Official messages from the health department, the Cancer Society, etc, always say the same. In reality, I don't think people use sunscreen if they don't usually burn. It must be easier to forget to put it on if there isn't terrible pain as a consequence. Little envious here that some people can go out in the sun!
