Holy shit today is the day is the day is the day is the day of Black Panther opening up in theaters! -SQUEEE!!!!!-

If you've been following my Tumblr blog, ya'll know that my Black Panther tag has exploded in recent months! Go and check it out to be happy and cleansed in the swirling happy pot of melanin! OMFG!!!

I dunno quite when Imma get to see Black Panther (I...am a nursing student after all). But Imma see it and Imma be happy about it, too, haha!!! :D :D

I'm not too much into superhero movies, but this sounds like one that I'm just really happy that it exists, and the only one in recent memory that I'd actually consider watching. Just the premise of the hero from the super-advanced country (that isn't a capitalist hellhole) sounds awesome.

I would definitely recommend it to people who don't care for superhero movies and/or haven't seen any of the other MCU films or wanted to. It stands alone really well and it's lots Afrofuturist(in its Disneyfied way) action and intrigue and nifty tech.
