Holy Shit, False Alarm!

amarie24We got our lease renewal letter tucked into our front door...just as we were in the middle of packing, organizing and throwing away shit.
Basically, if my mother signs a 12-month lease, her rent is only $836...that's just $107 up from our former $729.
That's how much our rent is actually going up.
We can afford $107 extra a month. It's a bit of a stretch and Mom will have to work some overtime (which I cried about because Amarie Is Sensitive), but it's...holy shit.
We don't have to move.
It's a false alarm.

I thank every single last person that sent me warm thoughts and hugs and condolences and I just...I'm still in shock right now. I'm not very coherent right now. Dear god in heaven.
