Oh, very yummy! I can just imagine the delicious cinnamon and apple smell.
I haven't made anything new lately... but my mother is making her own sauerkraut and I had a taste. It smells pretty much like slimy cabbage, as you might expect, but the taste is actually pretty nice if you use it as a sort of relish rather than eating it straight. Tangy! My mother is pleased that two of her four kids are willing to taste her sauerkraut - fifty-fifty isn't bad.
