I want to go see Star Wars when it comes out. Maybe even snag one of those limited-edition t-shirts, too.

I will have little to no idea what is going on, much less understand the backstory. I'm still daydreaming of house-husband/stay-at-home dad!Darth Vader any way.

Every. Single. Last. One. Of. You. That gave me this bug, egged this bug on and even now are prolly laughing behind their computer screens? You know who you are. You know your names. And I do not forgive you. I cannot forgive you. I cannot even believe you.

What in all the fuck.

I asked to go see a Star Wars movie.

You should probably get the entire context and not just clips, so that your feelings can be properly worked over with the story arc. Just saying. But I'd also recommend the fan-remastered versions with the original shots and audio, rather than the new versions that were put out to more closely align with the prequels.

"Fan-remastered versions"???? I'll have to go and find out what those are. Well...I believe that the movie doesn't come out until the 18th and it's pretty sure that we won't be able to get tickets for opening night (a lot of the tickets are sold out).

The thing is that Lucas put out special edition stuff and stopped selling or lisencing the originals... despite some bad changes.

Really, "Han shot first" is such a small but important detail and the fan rage over changing that is amazing... but not necessarily inappropriate.
